Synopsis Medical Services Support Non-Personal Services Contract (W81K00-08-R-0020)

The Great Plains Regional Contracting Office has a requirement for the non-personal services of two (2) full-time equivalent (FTE) Therapeutic Radiological Physicists, two (2) full-time equivalent Medical Dosimetrist, one (1) full-time equivalent Simulator Therapist, four (4) full-time equivalent Radiation Therapists, and one (1) full-time equivalent Medical Clerk for San Antonio Military Medical Center. Medical Services shall be provided as required by this performance work statement (PWS) and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this PWS and any resulting contract. The base period of performance for all the positions is 1 October 2008 through 30 September 2009, with four twelve-month option periods (through 30 September 2013). This requirement will be solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services. The Small Business Administration's size standard for NAICS 541620 is $6.5 million.

The solicitation number is W81K00-08-R-0020. The solicitation will be available on/about 10 June 2008 at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm) and FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). Prospective offerors advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the Centr al Contractor Registration database (www.ccr.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made. Award will be made on/about 11 July 2008. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued, and telephone and faxed requests for the solicitation will not be honored.
