-Extindere retele publice de apa pe o lungime de 80 m din PEID PE 100, De 125.Se vor executa 13 de bransamente si 2hidranti de incendiu.
-Extindere retele publice de canalizare pe o lungime de 75 m din PVC 250 mm.Se vor executa 13 racorduri si 2 camine de vizitare.
Statie de preepurare formata din 3 bazine separatoare din beton armat cu D=2,86 m montate ingropat pana la adancimea de 3 m.
Intrarea Varna
-Extindere retele publice de apa pe o lungime de 80 m din PEID PE 100, De 125.Se vor executa 10 de bransamente si 2 hidranti de incendiu.
-Extindere retele publice de canalizare pe o lungime de 75 m din PVC 250 mm.Se vor executa 10 racorduri si 2 camine de vizitare.
Intrarea Babadag + statie de preepurare
-Extindere retele publice de apa pe o lungime de 80 m din PEID PE 100, De 125.Se vor executa 11 de bransamente si 1 hidrant de incendiu.

Declaratii privind eligibilitatea, neincadrarea în prevederile art. 181 din O.U.G. nr. 34/2006, calitatea de participant la procedura de licitatie; Certificate privind indeplinirea obligatiilor exigibile de plata a impozitelor si taxelor catre stat, inclusiv cele locale, precum si a contributiei pentru asigurarile sociale de stat - la data de 30.04.2008. Certificatele prezentate - valabile la deschiderea licitatiei.
Certificat de inregistrare fiscala;Certificat emis de Registrul Comertului sau echivalente emise cu cel mult 30 zile inaintea datei licitatiei, orice alt document edificator considerat necesar pentru dovedirea apartenentei la categoria profesionala impusa de indeplinirea contractului.

si CQ pentru lucrari similare (apa si canalizare);informatii referitoare la studiile, pregatirea profesionala si calificarea personalului de conducere, precum si ale persoanelor responsabile pentru indeplinirea contractului de lucrarii si C.V.-urile aferente; efectivul mediu anual al personalului angajat si al cadrelor de conducere in ultimii 3 ani; lista principalelor lucrari similare (retele apa si canalizare) incepute si finalizate in ultimii 5 ani;Certficari ISO 9001; ISO 14001; OHSAS 18001.
