II.1.4) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): New Gjerdrum
Secondary School in Ask, Gjerdrum. Drawn by Kristin Jarmund Arkitekter AS,
under the competition name CU@GJRDRM.
The school shall be situated close to the sports facility, with it's own
site of approximately 35.000 m2. The school shall have a base area of
approximately 4000 m 2, and the project comprises an individual enterprise
for new school building, construction of outdoor areas for school,
sports/leisure, as well as parking area. The placing may be challenging
because of the ground condition. Therefore a geotechnical report drawn up
by NGI will be submitted with the tender documents.
The enterprise form will be a total enterprise based on NS 3431 with award
authorities appurtenent regulations. The contract will be awarded to one
tenderer for the complete delivery in accordance with tender documents,
and depends on political approval to proceed.
The project shall be completed and operation tested within the start of
the school year, autumn 2009.
