Sealed tenders are invited for Purchase / Supply of Items for “Project National Programme for the Control & Prevention of Avian Influenza in Sindh”, for the current financial year 2007-08.
(1) The last date to receiving the tenders in this office is 16.05.2008 at 11.00 A.M. and the tenders will be opened on the next day, 17.05.2008 at 1.00 P.M. in the Committee Room of this Directorate before the tenderers and the Technical Purchasing Committee (Al Project).
(2) The details can be had from the Accounts Branch of this Directorate during office hours.
(3) The date of issue of Tenders is 01.05.2008.
(4) The payment will be on credit basis by crossed cheque through the National Bank of Pakistan, Korangi, Karachi.
(5) According to the standing orders of the Government of Pakistan, 3.5% Income Tax will be deducted from the approved contractor’s bill, if it has not been paid before this by the contractor to the Income Tax Department.
(6) The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without showing any reason thereof, if the tenders are to be found defective.
