Outsourcing Of Sanitation Services
A. Reputed firms / contractors fulfilling the minimum criteria only, are invited for registration/pre-qualification for running the sanitation Services in Islamabad Hospital, Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences, Islamabad. Applications must be submitted in office of Assistant Director Purchase by 15th May, 2008.
1. The firm/contractor must be duly registered with the Sanitation services Monitoring Agency / Authority of Federal / Provincial / Local Government for the purpose.
2. The firm/contractor should have at least 05-years experience in providing sanitation services in a private and /or public sector tertiary care hospital of not less than 500 beds/4 star hotels, major airports.
3. The firm/contractor should have at least 05 years experience in providing Sanitation Services in a Private and/or Public Sector Tertiary Care Hospital of not less than 500 beds,/4 star hotels, major airport.
4. The company must have a national/network of Sanitation Services.
5. The company/contractor must have a work force of not less than 500 sanitation staff/supervisors at its pay role.
6. The company//contractor must be registered with a social security department or with some other relevant department enforcing labour law
7. The company organization must be limited entity and maintaining the Accounts auditable by the registered charted accountant firms
B. Registration Forms are available in the Purchase Department (PIMS) which may be obtained on payment of Rs.1000/-(cash non refundable)
C. Any further information required can be had from the Assistant Director (Purchase) PIMS during office hours on any working day.
D The Executive Director reserves all the rights to accept/reject all or any application without assigning any reason.
