Price of tender documents must be deposited in sonali Bank BUET Branch, Dhaka by prescribed form or must be submitted a bank draft/pay order in favour of comptroller, BUET issued from any schedule bank of Bangladesh located in Dhaka City Amounting to Taka mentioned in point Si 16.
Each tender must be accompanied by a Bank guarantee as per PPR-03 or a Bank Draft/Pay order issued from any schedule bank of Bangladesh located in Dhaka City amounting to mentioned tender security money deposited in favour of the Comptroller, BUET as tender security without which no tender will be considered. The employer reserves the right to accept any tender to annual the tender process, or to reject any or all tenderers at any time prior to contract award.
