Name of work: Tender for supply of Control and Instrumentation Equipment for Ghazi Barotha Power Station, on FOB Basis conforming to Specification and condition laid down in the tender documents.
Eligibility of Contractors:
1) Wapda registered firm
2) Sales Tax registered firms
3) WAPDA unregistered firm but in line with business can also apply subject to submission of 2% earnest money of their quoted price.
4) Authority letter of manufacture in case of genuine stockiest / dealers in the trade.
Tender can be purchased: Tender can be purchased from this office during duty hours on any working day before the tender opening date.
Earnest Money: 2% of the quoted price as earnest money in favor of undersigned in shape of call deposit / Bank Draft / Bank Guarantee for Wapda Non-registered firms.
Tender fee: Rs. 300/- (Non-refundable) in cash to be deposited with cashier of this office in case of tender to be purchased in person. Tender documents if required by post will cost Rs. 500/- (Non-refundable) through bank draft payable in Habid Bank Limited city Branch Attock.
Last Date of Issuing Tender documents: 17-06-2008 (During working hours)
Tender will be opened on: Submission of tender up to 1000 hours and opening of tender at 1100 hours on 18-06-2008.
