Sealed tenders are invited by the COMSATS Institute of Information technology (CIIT), Islamabad Campus from well reputed GST registered firms for supply of vehicles with the following specifications:
Last date for receipt of tenders is May 16 (Friday), 2008 up to 11.00 hours. The tenders will be opened in the public on the same day at 11.30 hours.
All tenders should accompany with Earnest Money @ 2% of the total quoted cost in the form of Pay Order/Bank Draft in the name of CIIT, Islamabad. Any bid not accompanied by bid security shall be rejected without any right to appeal. The refund of bids security shall be made after 45 days from the issuance of purchase order to the successful bidder in the shape of cross cheque on written request for release of bid security from the bidder.
The prices quoted by the bidders would be considered as inclusive of all taxes.
The quantities may vary according to the requirements.
The vendor shall be bound to deliver / complete the approved items / service within period given / mentioned in the purchase / work order.
Sealed envelope should reflect the tender title, tender number and its closing / opening date (if any).
Delivery has to be made within one month after the issuance / receipt of purchase / work order.
CIIT reserves all right to cancel any or all the tender without assigning any reason(s) thereof.
