Sealed tenders are invited from intending participants for Transportation of Wheat and Bardana within district, within Region, other Region and Other Miscellaneous Works for the year 2008-09, as per terms and conditions available in this office. The tenders should be sent through registered post, courier services in prescribed tender form on payment of Rs.2000/- (non-refundable) from the office of the undersigned so as to reach this Regional Directorate of Food, Larkana up to 2.00 P.M. of 12th May, 2008, which will be opened on the same day. i.e. 12/05/2008, in presence of the parties.
No tender form shall be issued on the date of opening of tenders.
(1) For obtaining/ getting tender form the following requirements may be fulfilled:
(i) Bank accounts statement for the last two years showing the maximum and minimum balance position.
(ii) Income Tax Certificate issued by the Income Tax Department.
(iii) Experience Certificate/ Last Performance Certificate.
(iv) An affidavit signed by the applicant to the effect the applicant is not involved in any criminal / defalcation case.
(v) If transporter is a firm, a registration deed be provided with details of the names of the partners.
(vi) Three specimen signatures duly attested.
(vii) Correct official and residential address along with telephone numbers.
(viii) Photocopy of CNIC duly attested.
(ix) Certificate from the Councilor of the area shall be furnished to the effect that the applicant is neither a Government servant nor a student and nor a convict.
(x) Two passport size photo duly attested to be produced by the party.
(2) Parties shall fill in tender form for each district.
(3) Each tender form accompanied with the earnest money in the form of Call Deposit Receipts (CDR) pledged to the Deputy Director Food Larkana Region Larkana.
(4) The rates should be quoted in words as well as in figures legible without overwriting or correction.
(5) Incomplete and conditional offers shall be liable to rejection and the tenders received after due date and time will also not be entertained.
(6) The envelope should in variably bear the words “Tender”.
(7) The details of works, amount of security deposit shown in the statement are available in Regional Food Office Larkana.
(8) The other terms and conditions as envisaged under SPPRA Rules will be governed on these contracts.
The Deputy Director Food Larkana Region Larkana reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
