The Chairman, University Procurement Committee (DPC) on behalf of the Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka, invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the following items.
Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Senior Asst. Bursar/Supplies, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka and inspect the Bidding Documents at the Supplies Branch, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka, Belihuloya, from 05th May 2008 to 29th May 2008 from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on working days.
A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon Payment Of A Non-Refundable Fee Of Rs.2, 000/= per set in cash or bank draft drawn in favour of the Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka.
Bids must be delivered or sent under registered post addressed to the Chairman, University Procurement Committee, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka, P.O. Box 02, Belihuloya.
The bidding documents, which are relevant for Tender No.SUSL/2008/PP
01 should be delivered at or before 2.00 p.m. on 30th May 2008. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives who choose to attend in person at 2.15 p.m.
b. The bidding documents, which are relevant for Tender No.SUSL/2008/PP
should be delivered at or before 10.00 a.m. on 30th May 2008. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives who choose to attend in person at 10.15 a.m.
The name and Tender No. Should be indicated on the top left-hand coiner of the envelope.
The decision of the University Procurement Committee shall be final and University reserves the right to reject any tender without giving reasons. The University may at its discretion, increase or decrease the quantity to be purchased.
