Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited invites sealed tenders from GST Registered for supply and installation of fire fighting Equipment at PRC Towers.
1) The bid should be addressed to General Manager (F&A), PRCK, 14the Towers, 32-A, Lalazar Drive, M.T Khan Road, Karachi.
2) The list of equipment are as under:
3) Site of installation can be seen on any working day (Monday to Friday) from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
4) A Bank Draft of 2% of the total amount of bid being earnest money in the name of Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited should be attached along with the bid in the named of PRC as earnest money.
5) The tenders should be dropped in the tender box placed in office of the PS to GM (F&A) at 14th Floor latest by 14th May, 2008 at 11.00 am and will be opened on the same date at 11.30 in the presence of the opened on the same date the 11.30 am in the presence of bidder who with to be present at time of tenders opening
6) The 10% retention money of total amount of bid will be retained by PRCL and refunded one month of delivery of equipment.
7) The company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
