We are looking for an innovative proposal that builds on the success of
the Do it 4 Real.

young people aged 10-16.

Proposals will be welcomed from a range of suppliers for example:

third sector.
Providers; managing agents with the proven experience of block purchasing
provision.
The successful bid will:
— ensure that young people from economically disadvantaged backgrounds
have the opportunity to take part in subsidised residential experiences
and to mix with young people from different social, ethnic religious and
economic backgrounds,
— increase the number of young people participating from economically
disadvantaged backgrounds, and at the same time reduce or possibly
eliminate the subsidy available for those more able to pay,
— generate income from other sources to support the longer-term
sustainability of the scheme.

VI.3) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This procurement is being run under the EU
restricted process. This is a 2 stage process:
Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ): firstly, bidders are requested to
submit a completed PQQ. The PQQ which is available from the address in 1

delivery,
— increase the number of subsidised places available to economically
disadvantaged young.

— grow the supply and demand for all places while maintaining the
successful proportional.

— deliver identifiable community cohesion outcomes.
