1) Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), the largest exploration and production listed company of Pakistan having operations at 48 locations and fields in all the four Provinces, intends to procure material for its operations. 2) Sealed bids alongwith earnest money equivalent to 2% of the quoted value, are invited under two envelopes bidding procedure (Financial & Technical) from bonafied manufacturers / importers / suppliers / sole agents & stockiest registered with Sales Tax Department for supply of the following material on F.O.R basis, (Detailed specifications of the under mentioned material are available in the Tender Documents with bid submission details):
Separate Tender Document for each Tender can be obtained from the Reception of OGDCL House, Jinnah Avenue, Islamabad against above mentioned Tender cost (non-refundable) in shape of Bank Draft/Demand Draft/Pay Order/Call Deposit on any working day between 1000 Hrs to 1200 Hrs. Firms/Suppliers of other cities may send their request alongwith PO/D.D/ CD to GM (SCM) for dispatch of Tender Document through mail/courier.
3 The Sealed bids must be dropped in the Tender Box till 1430 Hrs on the date. Bids will be opened publicly at 1500 Hrs on the due date.
