The Government of Lao People’s Democratic Republic has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) towards the costs of the Second Land Titling Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the contract for the Social-Economic and environmental Impact Assessment Study (SEEIA).

The National Land Management Authority of the Prime Minister’s Office now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochure, company profile, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate technical staff, etc.).

A consultant will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) set forth under paragraph 2.1 of the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers, January 1997 (revised September 1997, January 1999 and May 2002).
