HEALTH & SAFETY WORKSHOP

This PWGSC office provides services to the public in English.

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a
requirement for a facility to host a Health and Safety Training
Workshop from 18 June 2008 to 19 June 2008.
Location of facility to be within 50 Kilometres of 4900
Yonge St., Toronto.
The requirements listed below are based on 50 to 60
participants.

Facility MUST include the following:

1. Accommodations - two (2) nights (17 & 18 ), single occupancy
plus hospitality suite for one (1) night, 18 June 2008.

2. Restaurant located on premises for all meals.

3. Meals - food and non-alcoholic drinks as follows:
June 18th - breakfast, lunch, dinner and two
(2) breaks;
June 19th - breakfast, lunch and two (2) breaks;

4. Meeting facilities - One (1) large meeting room with
approximately 10 round tables, seating
5-6 per table; a presenter's table to seat 4
individuals, Internet access;
- Two (2) break out rooms to seat 10 individuals per
room;
- Audio Visual equipment to
include one (1) podium, three (3)
microphones, one (1) project screen,
one (1) PC Projector with a table in
the large meeting room;
- One (1) flip chart in each
break out room and five (5) flip charts in large
meeting room.

Delivery Date: 17/06/2008

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
