Se recomanda ofertantilor sa inspecteze locatia proiectului si imprejurimile pentru a evalua, pe propria raspundere, cheltuliala si risc, datele necesare pentru a pregati oferta. Vizitarea amplasamentului de catre ofertanti se va face individual in perioada 22/10/2007 - 25/10/2007. Ofertantii vor anunta in scris Autoritatea Contractanta si vor contacta Beneficiarul Local cu privire la aceasta vizita. Solicitarile de clarificari se vor inainta prin fax sau posta la Ministerul Dezvoltarii, Lucrarilor Publice si Locuintelor, B-dul Libertatii 12, Et. 4, Camera 409a, Sector 5, Bucuresti, fax +40 (0)213114195, cu pana la 15 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor, ora 16:00 ora locala. Data limita de transmitere a raspunsului la clarificari va fi de pana la 7 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Toate clarificarile transmise vor fi semnate si anexate la oferta.
