Se vor prezenta: declaratie de eligibilitate, declaratie privind neincadrarea in prevederile art.181 din OUG 34/2006, certificat fiscal privind plata taxelor si impozitelor la bugetul consolidat al statului si la bugetul local,cazier judiciar al reprezentantului legal al ofertantului, certficat de inregistrare, statut si acte aditionale la statut, certificat constatator emis de oficiul registrului comertului/ autorizatie de functionare/ atestare ori apartenenta din punct de vedere profesional sau echivalente pentru ofertantii straini emise de organismele competente din tara in care ofertantul este rezident, in traducere legalizata.

Se vor prezenta: bilantul financiar pe anul 2007 inregistrat si vizat de DGFP, rezultatele exercitiilor financiare pe ultimii 3 ani, declararea cifrei medii de afaceri pe ultimii 3 ani, dovada sustinerii financiare din surse proprii sau atrase, dovada incadrarii in categoria IMM-urilor daca este cazul.

- cifra medie de afaceri pe ultimii 3 ani sa fie de cel putin 20.000.000 lei, profiturile nete pe ultimii 3 ani pozitive, dovada sustinerii financiare de minim 20% din valoarea ofertei.

Information and formalities for evaluating if requirements are met:
Se vor prezenta: lista cu lucrari similare in ultimii 5 ani, lista cu dotarile tehnice, informatii privind personalul de specialitate necesar pentru indeplinirea contractului,sisteme de management al calitatii, protectiei mediului si a securitatii si sanatatii in munca.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required
- 3 contracte similare in ultimii 5 ani cu valoare minima de 1.000.000 lei, insotite de recomandari din partea beneficiarilor si vizate de ISC sau de structuri similare din strainatate pentru ofertantii straini, certificate de atestare pentru utilajele care necesita astfel de certificate, personal suficiet ca numar si structura care sa acopere intreaga gama de specialisti pentru realizarea contractului, responsabilul tehnic cu executia, seful de santier, sefii punctelor de lucru si ai formatiilor de lucru vor fi obligatoriu angajati ai ofertantului, planul calitatii vizat de specialisti sau organisme abilitate.
