the procurement is to meet the Norwegian Defence’s requirements for
installation services in connection with start-ups, alterations and
repairs of ICT cable infrastructure for telecommunication and data
purposes. The Awarding Authority is liable supplier of ICT services to the
Norwegian Defence and has the same requirements in relation to ICT cable
systems as Norway’s major network owners. The Awarding Authority intends
to enter into a non-exclusive framework agreement with one supplier and
his sub-suppliers, if any. This supplier must have capacity to supply
materials and installation services all over Norway.
