74131500 - Feasibility study

Georgia has received a credit No: 4373-GE from the World Bank for improvement of E-60 Highway Igoeti-Sveneti (km55-km80) section. Certain part of this credit will be applied to preparation of feasibility study of a section between Sveneti and Rikoti km80-km144 (including tunnel) of the same E-60 Highway.

Roads Department of the Ministry of Economic Development of Georgia (project implementing agency) invites consulting companies to express their interest in providing the above-mentioned services. Interested consultants shall provide information demonstrating that they are experienced enough to perform highway feasibility study according to EU standards, as well as CVs of the personnel, which will supposedly be involved in feasibility study process and have relevant qualification and experience in the field. Information can be presented both in printed materials and electronically. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.

A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (May 2004 edition), using “Quality and Cost-based Selection” method.

Interested consultants may obtain further information from Monday to Friday at the address below during office hours from 10:00 to 17:00 hours. Expressions of Interest must be delivered to the address below not later than June 10, 2008 at 17: 00 hours.
