printing of stationery, publications and other documents using a variety
of printing processes within timeframes to be outlined in the Invitation
to Tender on recycled paper. Delivery of such to locations throughout
England and Wales. The CPS will not be bound to ordering any quantity of
print under this contract. Contract Length 3 years plus the option to
extend for a further 2 one year periods. Please send all queries you may

III.1) CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE CONTRACT
III.1.1) Deposits and guarantees required: No deposits are required.
Parent company (if applicable) guarantee may be required.
III.1.2) Main financing conditions and payment arrangements and/or
reference to the relevant provisions regulating them: Payment by
Government Procurement Card, invoice and Zanzibar e-Procurement to enable
an improved ‘procure-to-pay’ process. CPS is moving towards payment by
e-Procurement through Zanzibar.
III.1.3) Legal form to be taken by the group of economic operators to
whom the contract is to be awarded: Joint liability for delivery of
service.
III.1.4) Other particular conditions to which the performance of the
contract is subject: Yes.
All interested parties are required to complete a Pre Qualification
Questionnaire (PQQ) in order to register their interest and be considered
eligible for participation in this tender. The PQQ may be obtained by

— Browse to the eSourcing Portal,

— Note the username you chose and click “Save” when complete,
— You will shortly receive an email with your unique password (please keep
this secure).
2. Express an Interest in the tender
— Login to the portal with the username/password,

— Click on the relevant PQQ to access the content,
— Click the “Express Interest” button in the “Actions” box on the

— Click on the PQQ code, you can now access any attachments by clicking

3. Responding to the tender

The contract will be open to other Law Officer and Government Departments
within UK Government. Additional expenditure for these other departments
is not known so we have not added this to the CPS current spend indicated
here. There are no guarantees on levels of orders or value of contract and
in fact the CPS have an on-going rationalisation programme in line with
government policy on sustainability. CPS current annual spend is
approximately 1.12 m GPB.
