Scope:Provide all materials, freight, labor and supervision for the project described below. Work consists of: Painting the main lobby of building #1 36' long X16' wide X 11' high. Details: The lobby has three archways that lead into the main hallway witch is 6' wide and 10' to the top of the arch with detailed molding. Each archway is 20" wide with paneled molding, both sides of the archway (Hallway side) need to be painted. The main entrance is 10' high and 6' wind with a multi pain arched window above the door. There are two windows, one on each side of the main entrance. They are 6' X6' to the top of the arch with detailed molding, and 15" deep with paneling. The sills have heat grates in them. The entire room has dental work molding at the ceiling. There are two areas that have gold lettering. Reads: MEMORAL LOBBY with 4" lettering Reads: AVENUE of FLAGS 4" letters A FLAG HAS BEEN DONATED IN MEMORY OF EACH VETERAN LISTED IN THIS MEMORAL LOBBY with 1 " letters All plaques removed shell is reinstalled. It shells be the choice of the VA to make new plaques if we see it needed. Paint shall be Sherwin Williams- Harmony Ceiling = White Dental molding = white-Semi-gloss Main walls = Eggshell Navajo White Paneling = White Main entrance and archways = White Guarantee Work is to be guaranteed for is to be guaranteed for 100% of all labor and materials for a period of one (1) year from the completion or acceptance of this project, whichever is later. Contractor shall promptly repair or replace any portion of the work that fails within this period, except in the case of VA abuse, VA failure follow minimum operations and maintenance requirements that have been specifically outlined by the Contractor and conveyed in the documentation at acceptance, or Acts of God.
