DESCRIPTION: This solicitation (F3QCCL8065A001) incorporates the unilateral right of the government to exercise options over a four year period. Attachments A, and B, and C are included.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS Code 562998 and all responsible small business concerns may submit a quotation which shall be considered. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-25, Effective 22 April 2008.
