The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-3 to New Mexico State University, P.O. Box 30002, MSC RES, Anderson Hall, Las Cruces, NM 88003. New Mexico State University will provide an 11 month effort in curriculum development resulting in the development of a center of excellence in Geospatial Science (CEGS). The services will include gap analysis, educational needs assessments, curriculum development, and instruction. Any interested parties have 15 days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit qualifications/capabilities. Any responses must be submitted by email to Tammy.L.Journet@nga.mil. A determination by HGA not to compete this support other than on a sole source basis is solely within the discretion of NGA.
