1) The Chairman of Ministry Procumbent Committee, Ministry Of Land And Land Development, 80/05, Govijana Mandiraya, Rajamalwatta Road, Battaramulla will receive Sealed Bids from accredited agents and Manufactures for the Supply of 12 nos. Diesel Jeeps.
2) Bids will be closed at 2.00 p.m on 2008-05-26 at the office of Ministry of Land and land Development, 80/05 “Govijana Mandiraya”, Rajamalwattw Road, Battaramulla.
3) Bids should submitted only on the forms obtainable from the office of the Chief Accountant of Ministry of Land and Land Development , 80/05 “Govijiana mandirya”, Rajamalwatte Road, Battaramulla up to 3.00 p.m on 2008-05-23 on Payment of a non-refundable Procurement fee of Rs. 1,000.00 only.
04) Bids will be opened immediately after the closing at the Ministry of land and land Development, 80/05, “Govijana Mandirya”, Rajamalwatte Road , Battaramulla, Bidders of their authorized representatives are requested to be present at the opening of bids.
5) Sealed Bids may be dispatched by Registered Post and hand delivered bids must be kept in the tender box placed at the Chief Accountant office at the above address.
