The estimated price range for planning purposes is less than $25,000. This procurement is set-aside under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656 for Emerging Small Business (ESB) firms only. The size standard to qualify as an ESB is 50% of the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, size standard of $13.0 million.
