This project will be solicited using Commercial Item Procedures. This is a five year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity project not to exceed $1,000,000. The work consists of picking, bagging and transporting cones from the Horning Seed Orchard near Colton, Oregon at the Tyrrell Seed Orchard near Lorraine, Oregon. General field collections on the Eugene District will also occur. Multiple awards are anticipated.Project sites are in the Salem and Eugene BLM Districts Clackamas, Lane, Linn, and Douglas Counties, Oregon. Estimated Start Work is August 11, 2008. The estimated solicitation issue date is May 12, 2008. Bonds are not required. Liability insurance is required. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns. See Numbered Note(s): 1.
