The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, management, tools, and equipment necessary to construct a concrete walkway, including stairs, to the front door of the SRP building located at the 81st AFRC, 255 W Oxmoor Rd, Birmingham, Al (AL005). This project work is to be executed as per the Scope of Work provided by 81st Installation Management Agency located in Birmingham, Alabama. The period of performance is ninety days after Notice of Proceed. The estimated magnitude of this project is below $25,000.00. The resultant award shall be a Firm Fixed Price construction contract. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 238990, 1799 and $13M. Pursuant to FAR 19.1007, this acquisition is set aside for Emerging Small Businesses. Only Emerging Small Businesses are deemed eligible to submit bids. Only one award shall be made. To be eligible for award, offerors must have a current, valid registration with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. The solicitation package will be available via the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi on or about 1 May, 2008.
