Main site or location of works: E18 Ørje border, Marker Municipality,
Norway.
II.1.4) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The project
comprises the construction of general offices for the Swedish customs
service, and also the necessary alterations to the Norwegian customs
service's general offices. In addition the following work shall be carried
out: construction of a large checkpoint for large vehicles, a small
checkpoint hall for passenger cars and a garage for Swedish company cars.
In addition there is also the building of a dog enclosure, parking lots
for heavy goods vehicles, smaller vehicles that need customs clearance,
service parking, internal traffic areas and special function traffic
areas. E18 must be reconstructed to accommodate an exit road to the
customs services, exit to neighbouring business in Sweden, demarcation of
red and green sections and control areas for the customs services.
Further, foundation work, access to water, drainage, electricity and
telephone lines for the new neighbouring business premises and the
forwarding premises.
