Summary:
INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION
The Federal State Unitary Enterprise «Rosmorport» (the Employer) intends
applying the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction
and Development (EBRD) towards the cost of the construction of auxiliary
Vessels for the subsidiaries of the Employer.
The Employer intends prequalifying firms and joint ventures to tender for
the following contracts to be funded from part of the proceeds of the
loan:
Contract No 1 for Design - Build and Supply of PILOT HOVERVESSEL for the
Vanino Subsidiary of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Rosmorport",
Port Nikolaevsk-on-Amur.
Contract No 2 for Design - Build and Supply of 2 TUG-TURNERS, approx.2500
HP for the Ust-Luga Subsidiary of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise
"Rosmorport", Port Ust-Luga.
Contract No 3 for Design - Build and Supply of 2 FUEL\WASTE WATER
COLLECTOR VESSEL for the Ust-Luga and Taman Subsidiaries of the Federal
State Unitary Enterprise "Rosmorport", Port Ust-Luga and Port Temruk.
Contract No 4 for Design - Build and Supply of 2 OIL GARBAGE
COLLECTOR\BOOM PUTTER VESSELS for the Ust-Luga and Taman Subsidiaries of
the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Rosmorport", Port Ust-Luga and Port
Temruk.
Contract No 5 for Design - Build and Supply of TANKER\FUEL VESSEL for the
Ust-Luga Subsidiary of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Rosmorport" ,
Port Ust-Luga.
Prequalification and tendering for contracts to be financed with the
proceeds of a loan from the Bank is open to firms and joint ventures of
firms from any country.
Prequalification documents may be obtained from the address below. If
requested, the documents will be promptly dispatched by courier, or sent
by e-mail, but no liability can be accepted for loss or late delivery.
Thus it is necessary to note, that transfer of documents in addition by
e-mail will be exclusively made to the purpose to accelerate and simplify
the preparation for the Tender.
In case of discrepancy the text of documents on paper with the text of
electronic documents, the documents on paper will be applied.
The prequalification documents must be duly completed and delivered to the
address below, on or before 10.6.2008. Documents which are received late
may be rejected and returned unopened.
