take responsibility for carrying out payments, processing deposits, and
providing other various banking services.

III.2.1) Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements

formalities necessary for evaluating whether requirements have been met:
tenderers must indicate in which country they are registered or have
established their registered office;
tenderers must enclose with their tenders a copy of their licence to
practice banking.
III.2.2) Economic and financial capacity: Information and formalities
necessary for evaluating whether requirements have been met:
the bank's audited annual accounts for each of the previous 3 financial
years which were closed immediately prior to the tender submission
deadline; the selected bank will send their annual report each year to the
European Parliament.

evaluating whether requirements have been met:
the bank's short-term credit rating must be at least 1 of the following 3
ratings: P-1 (Moody's), A-1 (S&P), or F1 (Fitch Ratings).
