Note: Providing Electricity in Federal Government Employees Housing Scheme on Ownership Basis (Phase-II) in KDA Scheme-33 Sector 4-C, 19-C & 25-B,
Earnest Money :- 2% of the NIT Amount.
Cost of Tender :- Rs. 10000/-.

Sealed tender on percentage rate basis for the following work are hereby invited by the undersigned from the PEC registered contractor having valid registration in appropriate category and also enlisted with M/s. KESC Ltd. in C-I & C-II Category of contractor, who have got enlistment / renewal for the current year.
Terms and Conditions : Tender will be issued to those contractors who have sufficient experience of such type of works and have also financial resources to complete the work in time.
Interesting contractor must attach renewal certificates of registration with PEC and KESC for the year 2007-2008, with application while requesting for issuance of tender.
Tender will be received on the date of opening as mentioned above up to 12.00 Noon and will be opened on the same day at 01.00 PM in presence of bidders.
Tender form can be purchased from the office of the undersigned on the payment of cost of tender in the shape of Pay Order / Bank Draft (Non-refundable) on any working day up to 17-05-2008. The Pay Order / Bank Draft of required amount should be in the name of Project Director, Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation, Karachi.
No tender will be sold on the date fixed for opening of tenders.
Earnest Money in favour of Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation, Karachi should be submitted in the shape of Pay Order / Bank Draft along with the tender in a separate envelope.
The Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation reserves right to reject or accept any tender without assigning any reason thereof.
No tender will be considered even lowest if earnest money in shape of Pay Order / Bank Draft in not attached with the tender.
