AUTOMOTIVE (ON-ROAD) DIESEL FUEL - Fox Harbour (St. Lewis, NL)

To supply Automotive (On-road) Diesel Fuel in accordance with
CAN/CGSB-3.517-2007 (latest edition), Type A-ULS, Cloud point
-40°C, for the purpose of power generation and heating. Fuel to
be supplied in bulk, FOB Fox Harbour Station, St. Lewis, NL on
or before June 15, 2008. Delivery by tanker truck only into
three (3) horizontal tanks of 94,000 litres each.

This procurement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade
(AIT).
This procurement is subject to the North American Free Trade
Agreement (NAFTA).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
