The Grand Coulee Power Office, located approximately 90 miles west of Spokane, Washington, has a requirement for cavitation repair of the turbine runners in the Third Powerplant (units G-19 through G-24). The Contractor shall provide all labor and equipment, from initial mobilization through cleanup and demobilization, to complete all authorized cavitation and crack repairs. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238190 and the size standard is 13 million in gross annual receipts averaged over the previous three 1-year accounting periods. The estimated price range of the work is 1,000,000 to 5,000,000. The procurement will be awarded using best value procedures in accordance with Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, and is not set-aside for small businesses. Past performance, experience, and price will be evaluated. A 5 year requirements contract will be awarded in response to this solicitation.
