This project requires the contractor to provide a complete and comprehensive preventive maintenance program for the electrical distribution in the Capital Power Plant within the guidelines in the NETA Maintenance Testing Specifications for Electrical Power Distribution Equipment and Systems dated 2005. This project includes, but is not limited to all of the Electrical equipment in the West Refrigeration Plant, West Refrigeration Expansion, Boiler Plant and the East Refrigeration Plant. Award will be made on a best value basis including past performance and price. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with an anticipated start date in Sept. 2008 for a one year period with four option year periods. The solicitation will be available in May 2008 using full and open competition. Copies of the solicitation, when issued, will be available electronically by downloading from the AOC Procurement Opportunities Website located at http://www.aoc.gov/business/procure-opps.cfm Telephone request will not be accepted for solicitation copies.
