This solicitation is to require performance of on-site travel management and related services. The contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, direct labor personnel and required equipment to accomplish all work as required in the contract. The estimated numbers of air tickets booked annually for the Embassy of the United States in New Delhi are 2,068 international and 1,895 domestic. These are estimated figures only and are not guaranteed. In addition, services include booking of bus and rail tickets, providing airport transfers, meet and assist services at airports and setting up Control Rooms for official visits. Anticipated performance is for a one-year base period and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. Embassy of the United States in New Delhi intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference and site visit for the purpose of answering questions concerning this solicitation on May 16, 2008 at 1030 hours sharp. Instructions on how to participate in the conference and site visit are provided in the solicitation document and its cover letter. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The deadline for submission of offers is May 23, 2008. Instructions on how to complete and submit the offer are provided in the solicitation (Section 3 and its addendum) and its cover letter.
