The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of Grease Trap, Lint Trap, Septic Tank, and Port-a-Potty Services for the Federal Medical Center, and Federal Prison Camp, located at 1300 Leestown Road, Lexington, Kentucky. The contractor is to provide complete services to include: supply 1 each port-a-potty to be emptied and cleaned weekly, weekly grease removal from a 3500 and a 2000 gallon tank, quarterly cleaning of a 2000 gallon lint trap, quarterly cleaning of 2 each 2000 gallon septic tanks, and as needed, pumping of a 2000 gallon tank at abandoned sewage treatment plant - estimated 2 pumpings per year. The contract shall consist of a base year with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods for renewal. The NAICS code for this procurement is 562998 with a small business size standard of 6.5 million. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 2, 2008 and will be distributed solely through the General Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions.
