is planned for 251 prisoners who will be divided between 24 places in the

be used by both men and women. Safety for everyone, prisoners, employees
and visitors shall be emphasised and taken care of on all levels and in
all conditions. The total gross area is 27 500 m2. The site covers 300
decares and is situated at Torpum in Halden municipality. K-205 Cell
doors. Delivery and possibly installation of cell doors.
