Association was seeking a supplier to fulfil its responsive repairs, out
of hours emergency repairs and void maintenance requirements. The contract
will cover all trades with the exceptions of electrical, gas and some
specialist services. The contract also excludes works as part of the
planned maintenance programme. Aragon Housing currently spends between 850
000 GBP and 1 000 000 GBP per annum on this area of work, maintaining 6
500 affordable homes for rent across Bedfordshire and is now also working
in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, Northampton, Luton and Cambridgeshire.
Aragon Housing are seeking a 4-year contract with a potential 2-year
extension.
