Declaratie pe proprie raspundere privind livrarea produselor,obligatii contractuale, în desfasurare fata de alti beneficiari, Declaratie pe proprie raspundere privind respectarea conditiilor de munca si de protectie a muncii la elaborarea ofertei si derularea contractului.
