Scope of Contract : Consultancy Services for PMU – Project Management Consultant (PMC) of Raja Ampat District.
COREMAP is envisaged as a financially sustainable program that is nationally coordinated but decentralized in implementation. It is designed to empower and to support coastal communities to sustainable co-manage the use of coral reefs and associated ecosystems. The Program will revive damaged and threatened coral reef ecosystems, which, in turn, will enhance the welfare of related communities.
Consultancy Services for PMU - Project Management Consultant (PMC) of Raja Ampat District used a total of 120 staff months (sm) of five key staff are utilized by the Program for three (3) years. The five key staff are Marine Management Advisor (36 sm), community based management specialist (32sm), MCA/Fisheries Management Advisor (24 sm) Public Awareness Specialist (24 sm) and Legal Advisor (4 sm), which would divide into two stages, viz. Stage I for three years and may be extended for Stage II for two years depending on the performance of the services
