1. The [Government of the Republic of Yemen has received a credit from the International Development Association] toward the cost of [Sana’a Basin Water Management Project (SBWMP)], and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the contract for [Procurement of Equipment for Pressurized Irrigation Systems (Drip, Bubbler, Sprinkler) and HDPE Pipes and Fittings, PE Pipes and Fittings – ICB no.G01/001/2008].
2. The [Sana’a Basin Water Management Project (SBWMP)- Ministry of Water and Environment] now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Supply of Equipment for Pressurized Irrigation Systems (Drip, Bubbler, Sprinkler) and HDPE Pipes and Fittings , PE Pipes and Fittings.
3. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from [the office of Sana’a Basin Water Management Project, Al-Seteen Street Sana’a Republic of Yemen Tel; 00967-1-469159/6/7, Fax: 009671-469158 e-mail: saldubby@yemen.net.ye] and inspect the bidding documents at the address given Above [Saturday – Wednesday from 08:30 to 14:30 working hours].
5. A complete set of bidding documents in [English Language] may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above address and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee 100US$ or Equivalent .
6. Bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes (1 Original and 2 Copies) valid for 90 days from the date of bid opening to the above address at or before [11:00 AM 31st May 2008]. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2.5% of the bid price in a freely convertible currency valid for 120 days from the date of bid opening. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the above address at [12:00 Noon 31st May 2008].
7. Bids should be submitted with copy of valid Tax, Insurance and Trade Register Cards (only for local bidders).

1- حصلت الجمهورية اليمنية على قرض من هيئة التنمية الدولية لمواجهة تكاليف مشروع إدارة مياه حوض صنعاء وسيتم إستخدام جزء من عائدات هذا القرض لشراء مواد شبكات ري لأنظمة الري المضغوطة (تنقيط ، فقاعي ، رش) وأنابيب بولي إثلين العالي الكثافة والمنخفض الكثافة وملحقاتها. مناقصة عالمية رقم (ICB No.G01/001/2008) و بحسب المواصفات الواردة في وثيقة المناقصة.
2- تدعو إدارة مشروع مياه حوض صنعاء المقاولين المؤهلين والشركات المصنعة أو وكلائها للتقدم بعروض أسعارهم للمناقصة العالمية رقم (ICB No. G01/001/2008) والخاصة بتوريد مواد شبكات ري لأنظمة الري المضغوطة (تنقيط ، فقاعي ، رش) وأنابيب بولي إثلين العالي الكثافة والمنخفض الكثافة وملحقاتها.
3- المناقصة مفتوحة لجميع المقاولين المؤهلين وستتم وفقا لإجراءات المناقصات العالمية الواردة في دليل البنك الدولي.
4- يمكن للمقاولين المؤهلين والراغبين في المشاركة في هذه المناقصة مراجعة وثيقة المناقصة أو شراءها مقابل مبلغ لا يرد وقدره 100 دولار أو مايعادلها وذلك خلال ساعات الدوام الرسمي (السبت – الأربعاء من 8:00 صباحاً وحتى 2:30 بعد الظهر) في مقر إدارة المشروع الكائن في شارع الستين الغربي– تلفون رقم 7/6/469159-1-00967 فاكس 469158-1-00967 بريد إليكتروني saldubby@yemen.net.ye
5- تسلم العطاءات في ظروف مختومة بالشمع الأحمر من أصل وصورتين سارية المفعول لمدة 90 يوماً من تاريخ فتح المظاريف وتسلم إلى مقر إدارة المشروع المبين أعلاه وآخر موعد لتسليم العطاءات (الساعة الحادية عشرة صباحاً 31 مايو 2008).
6- تسلم العطاءات مصحوبة بضمان إبتدائي بواقع 2.5 % من قيمة العطاء ساري المفعول لمدة 120 يوماً من تاريخ فتح المظاريف وسيتم فتح المظاريف في مقر إدارة المشروع المبين أعلاه بحضور ممثلي الشركات أو مندوبيهم في تمام الساعة الثانية عشرة ظهراً من نفس اليوم المحدد لتسليم العطاءات.
7- يقدم مع العطاء صورة من السجل التجاري والبطاقة الضريبية وبطاقة التأمين سارية المفعول مع إحضار الأصول للمطابقة (بالنسبة للشركات المحلية)
