Furnish qualified professional, managerial, administrative, supervisory, and support personnel necessary to ensure that comprehensive community education and training preventive services, related to the primary risk factors for maltreatment and neglect, are provided in support of the Army Family Advocacy Program (FAP), Army Community Service (ACS), Directorate of Morale Welfare and Recreation (DMWR), and U.S. Army Garrison, Hawaii. Services are also designed to provide training, support and information to successfully manage separation and reunion issues associated with the operational cycles of deploying units. This procurement is a 100 small business set-aside. This is a recurring requirement.
