Register Centre has established a framework agreement to cover the need
for external competence for the implementation of an ITIL framework in the
organisation.
The intention is that ITIL shall contribute to ensuring quality in all
internal links and processes for all our services and assignments. ITIL
shall also contribute to achieving a uniform structure for handling
incidents and a complete method for control and dealing with deviations
for the organisation.
