seeking expressions of interest from organisations that are able to
provide an emotional support service for Looked After Children and
Children in Need. We are looking for a provider with the appropriate
experience and track record who is able to deliver this service in
Hounslow for a period of 10 years with the option to extend for a further
2 years on an annual basis. In particular we are looking for an
organisation that is able to: - ensure that this service contributes to
Hounslow's key strategic targets; - promote placement stability; The
Council also requires a substantial financial contribution from bidders to
make a service financially viable.
