The Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health (NIH), The National Library of Medicine (NLM)is soliciting quotations to procure professional services to design and conduct outreach projects that will improve access to HIV/AIDS related health information by patients, the affected community, their caregivers and the general public.  The Government intends to procure the necessary services in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures stated in FAR Part 13 and is not expected to exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold of 100,000.00.  All responsible and responsive sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the National Library of Medicine.  Proposals must be received by 4:00 p.m. (EDT) on Monday, June 16, 2008.
