The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing Residential Re-Entry Center Services (RRC) for male Federal offenders in Tucson, Arizona (Pima County) Facility must be located within 10 miles of the U.S. Probation Office and near a city bus route. Residential services include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, including subsistence. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work entitled, Residential Reentry Center (RRC) August 2007, as Revised by the Western Region - September 2007. An indefinite delivery indefinite quantity type contract with a one-year base period and four one-year options is anticipated. The requirement will be for approximately twenty (20) male beds minimum/five (5) female beds minimum and forty (40) male beds maximum/ten (10) female beds maximum for the one year base period and each of the four one year options respectively. The solicitation (RFP 200-1026-WR) will be available on or about April 30, 2008, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date of RFP 200-1026-WR will be on or about June 30, 2008. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency.
Faith-Based and Community-Based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
