Contractor shall furnish all plant, transportation, tools, labor, materials, equipment, uniforms/protective clothing, supplies, supervision and administration necessary to provide protective coatings for various facilities at Grand Forks Air Force Base, ND in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and resulting contract. For base facilities, other than Military Family Housing facilities, the contractor shall perform both exterior and interior painting. Only exterior painting shall be performed in the base Military Family Housing area. The contractor shall paint walls, ceilings concrete floors, exterior buildings surfaces, pavements, parking lots airfield striping, ramp markings, fire hydrants, and miscellaneous exterior/interior enclosures, install and repair wall coverings, tape, bed and texture walls, manufacture, repair and install signs and other work in strict accordance with the Technical Provisions. The resulting contract will be executed at the Governments discretion. The magnitude of this project including options is between 1,000,000.00 and 5,000,000.00. Delivery Orders will be issued. The performance period is estimated to be from 16 May 08 to 15 May 2013. The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 238320 with a size standard of 13M. This acquisition will be set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database or their proposal will not be considered for award. Contractors can obtain further information on the Central Contractor Registration database at web site http://www.ccr.gov.
