II.1.4) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The aim for
this procurement is to create a knowledge program about the Norwegian
democracy, the Government's place in our political system, and how young
people can engage in politics. The participants are the pillars in a
modern democracy. The Government wishes to communicate the fact that it
helps to become engaged, and that each individual has an important role to
play. The aim is to counteract the tendency towards a declining
participation in elections and weak recruitment to political work. The
tenderer that is awarded the contract shall create the following program:
— Create a short conducted tour program.
— Produce a pedagogic programme that shall take place in a training room
(approximately 50 m2) where a short film will be shown.
The program shall be engaging, relevant to the target group, time
relevant, easy to use and understand, challenging and informative.
The budget frame for the project is set to NOK 2 000 000.
