This will be a firm fixed priced services contract to provide an Arc Flash Hazard Analysis and Arc Flash Labels for government owned and operated electrical power distribution equipment for the Capitol Complex. The legislative building equipment to be labeled under this contract is: medium voltage primary switchgear, 15kV to 480V or 208V transformers, secondary low voltage switchgear, automatic transfer switches, and generators.
This will be a one year contract. The government intends to initially award the Base for three buildings and have Options for eight buildings. All work (Base Options) shall be completed at the end of one year.
This solicitation will be available in hard copy or electronically on or by March 07, 2008. Requests for hard copy must be made to rkirkwoo@aoc.gov or (202) 266-1947. The solicitation is available electronically at http://www.aoc.gov/business/procure-opps.cfm on the date of issuance. Interested parties are encouraged to download the electronic version, as this will eliminate lost time incurred when a hard copy of the solicitation is mailed.
