¦Informatii generale. Cifra medie de afaceri pe ultimii 3 ani, min. 7.600.000 lei ( constructor ).
Documentul va fi insotit de copia Bilanturilor vizate de Directia Finante Publice, Contul de profit si pierdere la data de 21.12.2004, 2005, 2006 sau 2007 conf. situatiei privind depunerea bilantului aferent 2006.

¦Certificatul ISO 9001( copie necontrolata);
¦Manualul calitatii(constructor-copie necontrolata);
¦ Experienta constructor:Min.3 lucrari simi-lare, in ultimii 5 ani cu o val. cumulata egala sau mai mare de 1.262.000 lei.
¦ Se va completa FORMULARUL pentru fiecare lucrare;
Pentru toate cele 3 lucrari, constructorul va depune:
¦ Procesele verbale de receptie la terminare
¦ Recomandarile beneficiarilor vizate de Inspectoratul de Stat in Constructii, se va completa FORMULARUL pentru fiecare lucrare
¦ Conducerea propusa pt. executia investitiei, min.3 ani experienta lucrari similare;
¦ CV pentru persoanele responsabile cu exec.
